Making time

Pieces are made to order. Most orders leave the workshop within 5 to 7 working days of leather, colour and fit being confirmed. Busy periods and rare leathers can take longer, and we tell you if that happens.

Inside the UAE

Next-day delivery across the UAE. Free delivery within Dubai. A flat shipping fee of AED 25.00 applies to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain and Ajman.

International

We ship worldwide with tracking. Estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours once your piece leaves the workshop.

All orders are delivered to your door. Shipping is charged by destination, so the cost is calculated from your delivery address and confirmed before payment.

Import duty, tax and customs charges are paid by the customer and are not included in the price.

Addresses and delivery attempts

Please check the delivery address and phone number before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, the reshipping cost is charged again.

Exotic leathers

Some exotic leathers need export or import paperwork in certain countries. If your destination restricts a leather, we tell you before making and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Damage in transit

Report transit damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and the piece. We arrange a repair, remake or refund.
