These terms apply to the use of this site and to every order placed with Noire Leathers Handicrafts, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you accept them.

Every piece is made by hand from natural leather. Grain, scale pattern and colour vary between hides, so your piece will not be an exact match to the photos. This is a property of the material, not a fault.
WHOOP and other brand names are used only to describe device compatibility. We are not affiliated with those brands.
Prices are shown in AED. Prices shown in US dollars are a guide converted at a fixed rate; the amount charged is in AED.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Tabby. Payment is taken in full before making begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Import duty or tax on international orders is paid by the customer.
An order is accepted once payment clears and we confirm leather, colour and fit with you. We may decline an order if the leather is unavailable or the details cannot be confirmed.
Made to order and personalised pieces enter production once details are confirmed and cannot be changed after that point.
Making and delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, customs or material supply are outside our control.
We cover manufacturing faults in our own work for 6 months from delivery. Normal wear, water damage, misuse and damage from third-party repairs are not covered.
All photos, text and designs on this site belong to Noire Leathers and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. Nothing here limits your consumer rights under UAE law.
