Pieces are made to order. Most orders leave the workshop within 5 to 7 days of the leather and fit being confirmed.
Next-day delivery across the UAE. Free delivery within Dubai. A flat shipping fee of AED 25.00 applies to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain and Ajman.
Home delivery worldwide with tracking, usually 24 to 48 hours after your piece is finished. Shipping is priced by your delivery location and confirmed before you pay. Any import duty is paid by the customer.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact. Personalized, damaged, or used items are not eligible. Customers cover return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
