Card details are entered with our payment providers and are never stored by us. Instalment payments are handled by the provider under its own terms.
We share data only with parties needed to complete your order: payment providers, courier companies and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
For international delivery, your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier and, where required, with customs.
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by UAE law. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we will reply within 30 days.
